You are guaranteed to receive the same product as pictured.
The piece is dry and can be processed immediately.
The wood may contain imperfections such as open knots, bark inclusions or cracks. These imperfections are due to the way the tree has grown, are completely natural and can be filled with wood paste, epoxy resin or a mixture of wood flour and glue.

"I dutifully report that I am delighted with the contents of the package I received yesterday. The wood is much nicer in real life than in the photos. I am a figure and ship modeler, and such wonderful, forked burls are a real treasure for me."
